We are sure that every member will co-operate by seiling (or tying) the 10 tickets, and sending in the stubs and $$ in time for the draw to be held on April 25th. We must account for every ticket, so if you feel you really can’t help us out, return the hook to u so that it can be resold in- mediately.

ABBOTSFORD AIR SHOW:

Good news! We have just been advised that we will be allowed to sell goods at the Air Show 81 after all, but only from our outside booth at the flightline display. No sales will take place in the buildings at all. Fee will be $350. This is very welcome news since we have more than half of the goods still on hand purchased last year in quantity, and hats have been ordered long ago for the 81 show.

FIRST A NNUAL DINNER:

(Will be discussed again at the April 10 meeting) Discussed at meeting, and plans proceeding. John Moutray is organizing it. It is planned to be a Pot Luck Supper, starting at 7:00 P.M., with canned music, entertainment, and other Gala Affair trappings later. Food to be organized every person to bring food enough for persons. We plan to set up a bar for those who want drinks. Its time we met each other on a purely social level, and that includes the wives. Come, and share a pleasant evening. Set aside the date SATURDAY, MAY 2, 1981 AT ST. PAUL’S CHURCH AUDITORIUM, St. Alban’s Road near Blundell, in Richmond. Guests welcome.

Cost will be a minimal $5.00 per couple, to cover cost of coffee, rent, and misc. costs.

BUT, WE MUST KNOW how many are attending. This hall’s been rented and arrangements begun, so lets all make it a success. This is a super way to meet other members.

You could help us out a whole lot if you would send in the attached slip. Better yet, when you do, please include the $5. ticket price (That’s $5. per couple).
